ONE ROAD in
ONE ROAD OUT
The house is situated in a sessile oak-fringed estuary of the Fowey River, the dramatic landscape that inspired Daphne du Maurier’s much-loved novels. The surrounding area offers a variety of activity levels, including gentle walks over the rolling hills to Fowey, tasting local cider at the village pub, or splashing about in water on a stand-up paddle board. We recommend bringing hiking boots and suitable outerwear to get the most out of your stay.

the WILLOWS

The village of Golant is only 10 minutes by car from Par Railway Station (direct from London Paddington) or 40 minutes drive from Newquay Airport. A single, small Cornish lane leads you from the Lostwithiel to Fowey road (B3269) down to the village. We reccomend renting a car for your time in Cornwall to enjoy exploring the vast coastline. There is ample parking space for up to three cars is available on the property.
